Název a sídlo
1) Česko - Asijské Obchodní Sdružení je nestátní, nepolitická a nezisková organizace.
2) Česko - Asijské Obchodní Sdružení bylo založeno dne 1. ledna 1997 v souladu se zákonem č. 116/1985 Sb. na základě rozhodnutí ministerstva vnitra č.j. II/s-OS/1-3603/3561/96/r s plnou podporou vládní organizace Singapore Trade Development Board.
3) Registrované sídlo Sdružení je v Praze, Česká republika. Sdružení je oprávněno dle potřeby přemístit své sídlo v rámci České republiky a zřizovat své expositury i v ostatních státech v souladu s právními předpisy těchto států.

1) Czech Republic – Asia Business Association is a non-governmental, apolitical and not-for-profit body.
2) Czech Republic – Asia Business Association was set up 01 January 1997 on the basis of the Act No. 116/1985 Coll. Adjudication of the Ministry of the Interior No.: II/s-OS/1-3603/3561/96/r with the full support of the government organization Singapore Trade Development Board.
3) Registered Seat of the Association is Prague, Czech Republic. Association is authorized to transfer its seat within the Czech Republic as well as to establish its branch Offices in other countries in accordance with the Legal regulations of those countries.
